Miramar 1

Our Chalets are IDEAL FOR A LONG STAY!

You can either own or rent a chalet at Miramar Hotel Resort & Spa or at Miramar 2.

With varying dimensions, each chalet is provided with a kitchenette, bathrooms, bedrooms and a living space. Our first and second floor chalets, terrace chalets, marina chalets and duplex chalets are all perfectly situated within steps of the turquoise Mediterranean Sea.

Chalets sizes range between 38 m and 132 m.

Miramar 2

Working within the luxury hospitality segment of Miramar always gives a certain value and excitement for every project. Miramar 2 is a project holistically designed and integrated within Miramar.

Miramar 2 comprises 4 blocks with a total number of 76 residential units where sizes range from 90 square meters with two bedrooms to 300 square meters with three master bedrooms.

It consists of 3 levels:

the Ground level with a garden
the first level with a balcony
the third level with a rooftop a private pool deck with the pool base made from glass opened to the living room.

The residents of Miramar 2 will benefit from an underground parking for up to two cars depending on the size of their chalet. They can also enjoy the semi-Olympic pool based in Miramar 2. All Miramar 2 residents can have access to Miramar facilities.
